The following questions seem to be the most common that we are asked by new customers.
Q: Can you deliver wine gifts direct to our customers and include a message or card from us?
A: Yes, we can deliver wine gifts direct to your customers and include a card from us with your personal message and/or your stationary. However, you would need to provide us with your text, names and full addresses.
Q: Can you handle an ongoing gift promotion for us and send out wine gifts when we need to?
A: Yes, ingrained within all of our team is a dedication to the highest possible levels of service. Because we service the corporate market we appreciate the time critical nature of all requests and a punctual professional response is guaranteed at all times. All we would require is your selection, a schedule, and names and full postal addresses.
Q: Can you print our logo on wine boxes?
A: Yes, we can print your company's name and logo on wine boxes. There is however, a minimun order quantity and 10 working days after approval of artwork. There is an extra cost for this service.
Q: Do you handle large and small orders?
A: Yes, we can accommodate single bottle orders through to larger bulk orders. Please contact our sales team either by email, enquiry form or telephone to discuss your requirements.
Q: Who are your customers?
A: We service business clientele throughout the United Kingdom . Our clients range from small home based business to SME's and also several multi-national firms. No request is to big or to small!
Q: Do you accept VISA business cards, Amex, debit and credit cards?
A: We accept debit and credit cards. Payment will be debited from your card upon dispatch of your order.
Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: Standard delivery cost applies (see our listing). However, there is surcharge for deliveries to Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland . Please contact our sales team either by email, enquiry form or telephone for a quotation.
